Return Policy

Cancellation and Refund:

Orders once delivered and checked by customer, will not be replaced or refunded.

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hrs of placing the order as LIMASY promises same day delivery, we would not like to waste a minute for the non-required orders.

• If you have paid online and you cancel your order, we will refund all your money.
• If you have received the product, it will be eligible only for service by respective manufacturer. No return is allowed.
• Refunds, if it be, will be made in the same form that payment was received within 30 working days from the cancellation of order.

Return:

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warrenty from the manufacturer, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer along with the bill of purchase. Let us know & we will help you locating its service center.

If you think, you have received the product in bad or tempered condition, please do not accept it; refuse to take the delivery in that case and return the package to the delivery person.
