Introduction of Tea

Black tea is one end of the strength spectrum as it undergoes the most oxidization process producing a more potent flavor. While tea is on the other end, being the least oxidized.

Darjeeling tea is more expensive as it is grown only in 70 square mile area at the foot of the Himalayas. Because of this it is referred to as the ‘Champagne of teas.’
